Suzanne Davis

Suzanne Davis is a native Abilenian who joined Centennial Title in March, 2012 as the legal assistant and bookkeeper. She has been in the title business since 1992 and worked for various law firms in Abilene, Texas, as a Legal Assistant since 1986. Most recently, she worked for Abilene Title & Guaranty for a total of 10 years with the last five years as a closer before becoming a stay-at-home mom with her twin daughters and managing her husband’s construction business. Since obtaining her license in 2020, she has served as one of our escrow officers. She has knowledge of all aspects of title closing, and with her attention to detail and her experience, she is happy to assist customers with all their real estate title needs and challenges.
